We teamed up with The Visionary Group to design, build, and fabricate a VIP experience for YouTube executives and video creators at the annual VidCon convention in Anaheim. In an effort to support our client’s cutting-edge interactive brand aesthetic, we meticulously crafted a presentation lounge (located in the Anaheim Convention Center) and an after party (located in the nearby Hilton Hotel) that held true to the YouTube style.
We created a truss supported LED entry tunnel, a string art installation, and we utilized faux concrete and cork furniture to convey a vibe that fit with our client’s personality. Activations featured at the event included a 360 degree video booth with giant interactive orbs, a curved presentation screen, and a molecular cocktail bar serving signature drinks. The event took place over a 3-day period, and it hosted over 200 industry contacts on both the talent and client side.
